Why this rank?: I will help players out if it is needed. I am very flexible so if the server has a reset or staff demotion I can handle it. I love helping players out if they are having trouble with anything like commands or what to do. If a player is using a hacked client I will ban them from the server. If someone is spamming and IP I will clear chat then I will mute them. If a player is being mean to others I will give him 1/3 warnings by kicking him and if he doesn't stop I will mute him for 10 minutes. If a staff member is hacking or abusing I will either take screenshots of it. I am also very loyal and I will be dedicated to this server. If I ever get money I might buy something off this server to help it grow.I am a fun person and love to have conversations with members. But when Force needs to be applied I drop the act and get on the problem. I know what to do in situations such as dealing with Cheaters or just a person spamming in the chat. I am always willing to help someone that needs it and I am just an overall nice guy, greeting and answering questions whenever possible. I love to interact with everyone anyway I can. The experience I have had prepares me for the job that I need to do and I am always ready, I play about 4-5 hours on weekends and 2-4 hours on Weekdays. Unless I have something important to do or something personal/family related. Loyalty is one of my big traits. I always stick with people till the end, if I work for that server that's the only server that is a priority to manage.

Previous Experiance
Over The past Three years i have worked on 14 servers
The first Server i worked on mctoolcraft was a small 15 slot server When i First joined i made a basic application and managed to get helper then about a week later i got ranked-up to moderator,Most days we had about 6 players but sadly we were getting no donations so the server owner could not afford to keep running the server.
Now on the second server i worked on a 36 slot server ToxicCraft I Was Moderator after that i managed to get admin so Your probley thinking what could be thinking what could be wrong with this server You see this owner had hired too many Staff but most of these staff were pretty lazy and they didn't really care about the server after they got there rank but i tried everyday to get them to work with me and adrvertise for players eventually the server shutdown due to no players Now i wont list all fourteen here so lets skip ahead to my most recent This server was called VoidCraft it was a 48 slot server with around 11 players a day on this server i got admin but sadly the Co-Owner Greifed so we had to close down.I Also Ran My own server in 2013 i Had to shutdown doe due to i was having too much homework.This is why im looking for work.BTW if you ask me i will tell all ranks i have been i also am very good at webdesign

Why this rank:Because Firstly I have been online on diffrent server for quiet along time and have been taking in what the other staff members have been saying in chat for the answers to questions and have been trying to answer questions like "I need the command for Making a town" or "how do I look at achievements in sky-block", I would reply with the answer or with the help command for the subject like /skyblock help. I have also set my self a couple of targets for If I get Helper including: Try to make the modreqs the best possible Help and assists there can be and make them want to file in a modreq again. Also I want to be online more and Help with the questions filed in shout and answer them. I want to be a Full time Helper and Dedicate as much time as I can to the server. I will normally be the first one to kick or ban on the server from my experience from other servers. I am normally quiet strict with my kicks and temp bans when someone breaks the rules. For a spam I would normally give a warning kick saying "reason: Spam and related" so it informs the player there fault as well. I am in the forums quiet a lot as well replying to questions and answers or other related Staff Recruitment's, Suggestions and other posts that normally need a reply.
Experience:I have had an alright experience of being a Admin/mod. I started out on a small server me and my friends brought up which no longer exists. I was head Admin on there and had a big responsibility like Checking the console for recent kicks and bans and seeing if they are worthy of joining back on the server. We ran and got around 10-20 players on at one time. I thought I would move to a bigger public server to do some staff training/work on there. I moved to a small server called Duel-play. It was a nice little server but i didn't like the attitude there when they were swearing and all there. I got demoted because I was not on active. So I decided to move to a new server called a1craft. This is a very nice little server where I got the job of being a Mini-games Mod and had the rolls of sorting out the plugins and kicking and banning the players. This is a nice little server with around 20-40 players online.

Why my app is better than others:because I think my over all performance is to an alright staff stranded. I donated to the server so I could help out further more with my questions. I would occasionally tp to the player and sort the bug or issue by using my knowledge of commands.
