Experience I was admin for another two servers.The first one was created by me and it got well until people were bored because I didn't have a team to build more games.The second ONE got well because i meet a friend that wanted to help me to make another server.But I needed some staff.Many people want to hack and I couldn't sit there and just ban them.They would tell to other guys how to hack and I couldn't just ban them all.
I want to be an admin because I think that we can make a very good team together.
If player 1 tries to promote his server through this sever I would personally ban him for a big amount of days.
If someone tries to hack I will ban him forever and try do search how did he hack.
I have some plugin experience from 7 TO 8.
