I'm sick of these noobs staff apply. I'm looking for the top 3 Mods. If you have applied on another server recently get out. I'm looking for people that can be active and that are responsible. Heres what you need

A player creates a ticket stating that he was griefed. You go to the location the ticket was made and you find the grief was minor and was a friend to the person who submitted the ticket. What do you do?
You are cave mining and you come across an area where a player has made a shrine. The shrine has several swastikas. When asking the player the purpose of the shrine he states that it’s for his in-game religion. What do you do?
There's a group of 5 people in-game, speaking inappropriately vulgar to you. They have made it their mission to make you angry, sometimes they will use very personal insults. What would you do here? Explain why.
You are playing Factions and you came into a heated battle with a fellow player. He kills you without a sweat despite that you're wearing very good armor. You checked his inventory and find out he has a lot of items that would otherwise be very hard to obtain. It looks like another staff has spawned in the items for this player. What do you do?

Reason: I love being a part of growing communities. Seeing how I've helped a server always gives me a good feeling and I think helping people should be something everyone looks forward to.
How I can help: Other than knowing how to be a moderator and role model towards lower players, I can provide experience in every aspect of server creating and managing. I can configure and use just about any plugin, create a sweet website (courtesy of enjin ), and manage any amount of players you'll get. I own a personal test server run off my computer that could give you a glimpse as to what skills I have.
Scenarios:
I would give a warning to the one who griefed, assuming the policy isn't 'no-tolerance'.
Depending on the rules of the server, I'd probably ask him to take it down due to it being offensive to other players on the server. If he didn't I would do it myself.
I would give them stern warnings at first. If they continued I would mute them, all while remaining calm.
I would ask him where he got the items. If the items are otherwise impossible to get in-game I'd confiscate them indefinitely. If not, I'd attempt to figure out who gave them to him and report it to you or someone else who can fix it.
