Okay, so... I have a few amazing Moderators for my server, but they're just not enough. When no mods are on, that's when the griefers strike and destroy everything that's not protected. I NEED some more moderators, and maybe some Officers (Rank below moderators). So I've made this application for you to fill out:

people need to earn your trust first (i had a server up and gave ViceAdmin to someone and they greifed everything and changed most things -_- i wasnt very happy)
What would your plan be to upkeep and improve the server: I am a friendly player,i answer when being asked a question but i will be serious if players are not playing by the rules. I live in the Uk, im almost always on the computer so id be on the server most of the time so id be checking in quite often, i dont go to school anymore so i have loads of time on my hands to help out, talk on skype, etc
Any other servers you run, moderate, or are involved with: im involved with many servers but i have only been totally serious with one successful server called missing in action, i was admin on it until it had been taken down by the owner, but after that i wasnt really interested in being an admin because i just wanted to play on servers.. it wasnt until recently when i wanted to take on higher roles again

What would your plan be to upkeep and improve the server: I would mostly try to keep things peaceful on the server by watching out for grieving and other activity which could ruin the fun. I would also help the new players since they will probably be a little lost at first - I could make it easier for them. And no, I wouldn't give them items or anything. I would just give them tips and answer to some of their questions with the best of my ability.
