My definition of server different then yours.
My means you own a actual physical server somewhere in your house and can play minecraft on it. My definition of owning a Minecraft Server is you either pay for own or own a physical server and have ACSESS to the server too.

Basically you're paying somebody to do the work of setting up a server and you'll be taking some of his money he earned from building it for you.
Nobody's going to do that. Why don't you set one up yourself? You have the money, you can learn.
