Well, I'm here for you, after familiarizing myself with Bukkit, I think I'm ready to be making plugins for servers. I could head over to Bukkit and do requests, but I'd honestly rather help out the PMC community. Also, many players want private plugins while everything on Bukkit needs to be open source.
For now, post your plugin idea, and when you'd like it by. I'll try my best to fill out almost all the requests, but if something is simply impossible or is just too difficult at this point, I'll have to abandon it.

Oh and I also need something to get rid of the arrows on ppl's names like for example <Member: rajwii64> I need some way to erase the < and > from the names

Can u make a plugin kind of like name tags but I need to use commands and I can't make Super-Admin or Owners have a certain color it's always random so can u help me do this. And please don't tell me to get Nicknamer I tryed to edit the config and it keeps changeing back to its default settings please help thank u

I'm thinking of a sports plugin if possible also do you know how to make a mod I have followed tutorials but MCP doesn't work.
maybe you could add an assassin plugin where you can jump off a mountain and assassinate another player or poison him or shoot a hidden gun hidden blades etc. if you could do a total plugin about it that would be EPIC then like crossbows and fast swimming and climbing that would be sweet
