Server Partnering

Hello, I need someone to help make a server with me. I currently have one and I am going to upgrade it when someone is accepted. What I need is someone that can use their paypal account to receive donations for the server. I need someone for htis because I can't make a paypal account because I don't have a bank account nor a credit card. If you are accepted I want all the donations to go into your account and I want you to use the money for the server.
