Server Co-Partnership?

Ok here's the deal. When ever i make a new server, something is always wrong with either me or other people getting on, don't try to sell me the port forwarding BS. I just have given up, i have owned 2 previous servers but i can't seem to make another one. But i have had an amazing idea spark in my head after reading a book and watching the movie. I want to make a server based on the book series and movie "Divergent." I mean tell me that it wasn't made to become a faction server? I just need a provided server since I have had no luck of making my own...
