50/50 server partnership!

Hello!
I've been wanting to make a server for a long time now, but I never managed to make one.
I'm posting this to see if anybody can create the actual server (because for some reason it never happened for me, even after watching tutorials or stuff like that) while I take care of the in game stuff.
Not saying that you (if you want to join me) can't do the in game stuff as well!
I was thinking of a bukkit server, and we could talk about the plugins later
BTW, I don't think there is need for a host so hopefully no money will be put into this.
I also don't need your Skype, if you don't have one. We can talk by mail if it is necessary.
