If you got 'groupmanager' I could set the entire thing up for you perms and prefix's sufix's names etc.
I can help with your pex problems. You can trust me I own many servers and am co-owners on many aswell. Just send me the IP and I will see to it but I will need op to be able to do it because if I do not, I will not have perms to do it.
