Server plugin help needed

Alright I just made my own hosted tekkit server, And people used to be able to talk, but now unless theyre op they cant talk.
Can anyone help me??

If you run Tekkit on a public server (meaning you let ANYONE in that you don't know in person), you'll have a serious griefing problem. You can fix it by combining two plugins - GriefPrevention and TekkitCustomizer. The first one you have to configure for Tekkit, but the second one you can just install and run it without bothering with the config.yml.
