My name is Ethan and I recently bought a server from redstonehost.com, they are fantastic so if you don't know where to buy a server, I suggest this host.
On topic here, this server is gonna be a server for my friends, no more. But we would like to play around with plugins but sadly have hardly any knowledge with it. I am looking for somebody to help me with plugins (must be very, very clever with them). They will receive an admin rank on the server and will be able to play on the server whenever they like, even if my friends are online.

Have you been a plugin manager or have done anything to do with plugins on another server?: Plugin manager is a rank that I have required multiple times, on beginning servers. It lead me to a great understanding of plugin configuration, setup, and in-game control. The position on these servers further inspired me to learn how to create plugins, so as of now I am learning Java. Although (currently), I am not able to develop plugins, it would be a great opportunity to assist you in managing, and setting up your plugins!

Why I should choose you: Why should you choose me? That is a great question. As said above, in the future, once my skills have been developed, I may be a great resource for developing custom plugins. Understanding that now all you are looking for is a plugin manager, there will be more that I can provide in the future. On the topic of manager, I see no problem being had there with my knowledge, and understanding of most plugins. Setting them up, and keeping them maintained should be no issue, and be safe/quick.
Will you abuse your admin powers if you are chosen?: The admin powers provided to me will simply be used to do my job, nothing more, nothing less. If a time does occur, however, where no proper staff member is around to deal with a chat situation, then I will take the steps needed to solve the issue.
