My friend and me made a server, in which I am the Co-Owner. He doesn't have a PMC account so and i dont host the server. Is there anyway i would be able to post it but give him owner credit?

If you are a co-owner or a admin or just like the server you have the rights to advertise but the owner (Your friend) would have to be on when you advertise or anything on your server.
So in other words, yes it is fine and give the owner some credits for it.
