Server problems

Hi I have been having a problem trying to upload my server when it says please describe a brief Description about your server I typed in a Description stuff about the server and so on and it said to me that it must have at least 250 characters long and yours is 0. please help me. I don't know if this posted right which is why I may have posted it again.
