Server Problems

Hey guys,

So im having a problem with my server.
Nobody joins.

Ive seen those blogs about it, but all they say is get good plugins, memory etc.
Its not about that, its about the players.

If any of you could feature my server in any way, i would be pleased.

Please also try to give me some player tips.
