SERVER QUESTION!
So recently I was thinking why not create a server because I am sick of other server and wanted to own one by myself.
#1 Help Needed:
I need to find a good server Hoster, 24/7 , reliable, good price for at least 100 slots or 5 GB ram and has its own multicontrol panel to control the server. My budget is below $40 per month. I know one ExodusHosting . But I will need more recommendation.
#2 Help needed:
What kind of server should I put up? I will want to earn money and I think faction will be the best. Please help me choose...

#3 Banner:
I will need a banner for my server. Here is the recommended specs;
-Dimension : 728 x 90px
- Animated .gif
- Main: RaidCheese [ AWESOME ]
- Sub : McMMO, FloAuction , PvP Hardcore , Awesome Staffs, 100 Slots, Be the best.
Font: Anything that looks cool.
Background : woody surface texture.
Others : I want some animated gif like for example , Diamonds falling out of the chest, And at the end of the banner, Do a explosion of the banner and make it seems "BOOM"
