Server question.

Looking for someone that will help me get started on minecraft server. I am an experianced server owner. I just need to get someone to help me set up Bungee and someone to help me attract players to my server. I will be setting up the server + donations (donations are for the server, not my personal use.) I will also need a website builder. I can pay for the website as long as you can provide a website that you made and hyper links. Sort of like the website www.arkhamnetwork.com. I would want to be running a server like that.
