What would your strengths be as staff: Helping you with plugins and in-game issues, doing perms for the server, resolving player conflict, keeping chat clean, strictly enforcing rules, and helping players with any questions they may have.

Suggestions for plugins: As I am not the owner, it's completely up to you which plugins you get, but all the essential stuff such as worldedit, worldgaurd, essentials, groupmanager, and coreprotect are always useful.
Notes: Well obviously I want to minimize the amount of rule breaking and create an enjoyable experience for the whole player base. But more to the point I would like to become admin to help and encourage new players, provide them any assistance they may need, and generally aid any player in any way they require in a polite, respectful and accelerated manner.

What would your strengths be as staff: Some of my strengths as staff would be resolving situations between players, communicating, knowing what to do in situations, being able to think quickly and enforcing the rules no matter who I am taking action on. I am good at following orders, and listening.
