How will you effect the server?: Well, I specialize in Staff Management. I would be in charge of hiring and firing staff, making sure the staff do their job correctly, efficiently, and on-time, keeping rosters up-to-date, managing staff databases, and handling the staff recruitment process from applications to verbal interviews.
I am specially trained to handle this position. I have had a lot of experience with working with different servers being this position, and volunteered my time at certain places not as a staff manager, but using the same skills needed. You will see in the "Past Experience" section of this application.
Can you stay on task?: Yes I can stay on task! I do not have any medical issues (that I am ware of) that will affect my performance such as ADHD, Cerebral Palsy, etc.
Have you been this position on other servers? Any proof?: I have a HUGE amount of experience with working for servers, primarily in staff management.
-I have worked for a server known as the TCNetwork as the Head Administrator, managing staff left to right, in charge of disciplinary issues, and making sure everyone got along with each other.
-I have also worked for SkyDoesMinecraft's pixelmon server called SkyPixelMon. here, I worked as a gym leader, battling players so they can proceed throughout their journey in the server. This experience taught me how to communicate with others on a more professional basis, and has helped increase my vocabulary and communication skills.
-I was also the Human Resources Manager/Head of Staff for three servers known as the Astrocraft Network, Balcones, and the Fallain Network. I had the same position as I did in the TCNetwork, but I had more of a role in these servers because I worked with using databases and managed employee information, making sure it is accessible by anyone who needs to see it.
-For experience in the real world, I attended a USC summer seminar for a month on teaching me skills in Human Resources Management, Public Relations (stuff like being a publicist and giving people a good image), and Accounting. This is the one experience that taught me everything I need to know to do my job efficiently, on-time, and correctly. I can use the lessons learned from this experience to manage the staff team, know who should and who should not be a part of the staff team, and how to properly hire, and fire, promote, and demote staff members.
-Putting my experience from my seminar into action, I volunteer my time as an accountant at my local hospital (during the summer and vacations longer than a week). I manage customer information and present reports to my boss whenever he needs a phone number, insurance information, etc. This experience has taught me the use of Microsoft Access and has taught me how to manage databases, and has helped increase my grammar and my vocabulary by a lot. I can use the lessons learned from volunteering here to manage staff information, recall and deliver staff information whenever requested by a higher-up.

Rate yourself on a scale of 1-10 and state why you rank yourself that: On a scale of 1-10, I consider myself a 9 because being "serious" (if you will) comes first nature to me. Most of the time, work always comes before my free time. I spend a lot of my time working, usually. I do not take any matters lightly, and treat almost everything seriously.
There are time where I "lighten up". I can be fun to hang around with and talk to.
If someone is breaking the rules, what do you do?: It honestly depends on what rule they are breaking. I believe that there are certain punishments to be given with different rules.
But to make things simple, I would start of with a verbal warning. If the player does not listen after that, I would issue a kick as a second warning. If the player still does not listen, I would issue whatever I feel is necessary (mute,ban).

5.) How important is this to you? Being staff on a Minecraft server is a hobby of mine. I love to meet new people and make new friends. Being apart of a server like this one is very important to me. It helps me to get away from my normal life and forget about all the bad things that have happened in my life. But do not think I am not serious about my ranks, I take every position I have on a minecraft server seriously. I love to help servers succeed. To join a server like this one to help grow the community is what I have been looking for for a few months now. I have been waiting to find the perfect server for me and I believe I have found the server I am looking for.
6.) Any past experience or something similar? After a month of first playing minecraft I go mod on GizmoServers. After 2 months of being mod I became an Admin for 6 months. After that I decided to move on and start up my own servers and help others with their servers. Most recently I was a SrMod on Rising Heroes Skyblock. Also I was a Mod on their Prison server. I have about 2 years of staff experience for server of all types.
7.) Would you be able to handle this role if it had high stress? As a person with a lot of experience with helping to start and run server I have learned to work very well on working under a lot of stress. Every time I start a new server I like to set deadlines on when things need to be done so I am usually always working under a lot of stress.
8.) How many hours are you willing to dedicate? I can dedicate anywhere from 4-16 hours a day. Whenever you need me to be on, I can be on.
9.) How can I trust that you are going to be a dedicated staff member? You can trust me because I do not play on many minecraft servers. I have in all honesty played on very little minecraft servers in the entire 2 and a half years that I have been playing minecraft. When I first started minecraft I was staff on GizmoServers for nearly a year. Since that time I have been helping people I know to set up servers. So I have a little over a year of experience setting up and running servers. This server seems to have a great idea and looks like it will be a very successful server. I want to help your server succeed in any way possible.
10.) Describe your personality to us? I am a very fun person to be around. I like to be a chill person. When the mood in a skype call seems to start being dull, I will make a few jokes just to bring up morale in the calls. But I also know when I need to be serious. I am a very mature person also. I am also a very dedicated person. When I start something I like to stick with it until I am finished. I am a very friendly person and can always see the good in everyone. I am very hardworking and will always strive to be the best that I can be. I am also very helpful and like to help out anywhere I can. Anywhere from setting up plugins to just moderating chat. I will always be there to help out.
11.) Anything else you would like to add? I would just like to tell you why you should choose me to be an Admin. I have the passion and drive to make a server succeed. I like to start this with a staff team that is setup for success, whether I am in the staff team or if I am helping to lead the staff team. With a well trained staff team you can do nearly anything. When the staff members love the people that are leading them then it shows in their work ethic on the server. Next I like to get the community. When you have a great community then you can go anywhere. The better the community, the bigger it will get. I also have a vast knowledge in minecraft plugins. I also have a lot of experience in being a staff member on minecraft servers and helping to run them.
