Server Review

I have been having a lot of issues with getting my server populated with regular players, there has to be something major wrong with it, can someone please take some time to look and give me an honest review of my sever. Please do not let my admins know you are doing a review. I want a review trough the eyes of a honest to Notch average player who is looking to have some fun in a Factions (optional PVP) server.
