Hey some of you might know me from my previous attempt at a server but this one is going to be way more organised!
Note: A verbal Skype interview may be required. The server is opened but very new. Builders are needed as soon as possible(Need Hubs and Miningames arenas and waiting rooms your name will be displayed on everything you build) as there is a lot to build.

I am a 14 year old developer who has been writing programs in Java and Ruby for over a year now. Recently I have made some 2D games in Java (check my Github) and in the past I have created some Minecraft mods. Currently I have next to no experience with bukkit plugins, but I already know Java, so learning will not be a problem.

Last year I attended a hackathon for under 18s, where I had to create an Android app with a group of friends and travel to England to present it to over 300 people. Since then I have been looking to contribute to open source projects, and hopefully some Freelance in the future.

I noticed that some people had included a maturity level in there application. To be perfectly honest I have not played Minecraft for over 1/2 a year now - I have grown out of it. This doesn't mean to say that I cannot develop plugins for a server, I absolutely can, and if need be, I could adapt my schedule to fit in more Minecraft playing time to become more familiar with the game.

With your server I could help you with many essential things that are needed to be met on any server but also with things that the best minecraft servers offer. I could help you do with moderation is kept to of a high standard on the server however I could also help with advertisement of the server which I know that you have a specific job for, but I am able to help you with that also if needed.
How long can you dedicate to the server each day?
1-4+ hours each day (weekday) and at least 3-7+ hours (weekend) However unfortunately I have extracurricular activities on Wednesday so unfortunately I cannot be online but I will make up for this during the week.

Moderate The Chat to a good standard to make sure inappropriate language is not used.

Background: I used to own my own server it was called Diamondpvp. I still have the ip if you would like to see it i would love to show it. I have never been deranked or perma-banned on any server. I was Head admin on a few servers that all shut down. Like, MoonNetwork, HomelandPVP, and more. I commit all my day to minecraft and to helping people. I am very smart and skilled at many things including commands in-game. I love helping servers and i help most owners all the time. Experience with being Staff?: Personally I have had a lot of experience being in staff for servers. I have put in effort to prevent accidents from occurring such as Griefing, Hacking, Misbehaviour, Cursing and plain odd people getting up to mischief. I have helped servers when being a part of staff as I am able to use my social skills in order to achieve a wider, happier community being brought together to play one of my favourite games.
How long can you stay on? and will you be active?: I try as much as possible to participate in working on servers; I mainly get in on weekends and afternoons of weekdays. It is currently holidays for me therefore I will be able to stay on longer hours than many people.
How will you benefit the server?: Like I said previously I am able to create a large community of regular players that try to come and play on servers I invite them to as much as possible. Most people I know and many I don't, although I am able to use my skills in order to create and interesting and creative description for the server that makes them want to play. In no way to I underestimate or overestimate how great a server is...

Why should we pick you as staff?
I very familiar with what Minigames is and how to achieve everyone's needs. I have been playing Minigames for awhile now a dozens of other servers. Never had a server that I could stick with for awhile like this one. I know what people want to do in Factions and who the people are that are irritated the other players. I can control the players either by calming the one that started the problem down or by taking him out of the situation.
I am flexible I can adapt to change rather quickly. Saying if the server has some sort of drastically change in Factions I could adapt to what has happened and use it for the servers good. Saying if they added a different plugin with plots or something along the lines of that. I can help the players understand what has happened and what they can do to make this change one of the best that has ever happened.
I can also multitask which isn't as difficult as most thinks. I am able to do several small or big projects in any given time. If you need something do I can do it right away or do several things at once give the player base the maximum amount of fun.Saying if one of the staff asked me to run over to Sky block and help handle a situation over there, I can do that but while I am doing that I could be talking to some people on Skype handle other problems.
I have rather a energetic and positive attitude, I understand that you (staff) would be looking for someone with a "can-do" attitude which is exactly what I have! If I have a problem that I either can't handle on my own or am not that qualified in answer it. I will answer the question the best that I can do and even better. If not I would report to someone with higher authority then me and both of us can solve what ever the problem is.
I do have some experiences with handle situations and how to be a staff member. I have been staff members on small servers with roughly 20 people on but all of them has died down. I would say I do have experiences with this duty and can use my past experiences to help me overcome this one.
I am excellent at working with team/groups. I can be the leader in the group or the person that listens, while doing this I have a amazing attitude which stands out a lot when people first meet me. I can make almost anyone laugh. I think I could get along with the other staff rather well. Something that a lot of my friends that I play with tell other people that I am extremely cooperative and that I have the ability to be productive with limit supervision.
Right now I am great at Minigames but I do want to amazing. I hope this will give me the chance to achieve my goals in the server. While I am staff I will try my best to learn more and more about Factions and the responsibilities that I have, you would say that I want to be a expert at handling problems. I am not a person that will be staff for like a month or two but I will be in it for the long run.
Strengths:Listening- I can listen to people and help them through whatever problem they encounter. Building- I am a okay builder but can judge peoples builds with out hurting their feelings I am also able to give people some advice too. Leading- all the my school years I have been a leader. Leading people away from other people that could harm then and into better more comforting game play. Active- I am really active if my computer is running fine.
