Experience: Been staff on more than 6 servers ranging from Mod to Head-Admin. I know many things, and Know what to do when something is going wrong. I will not accept little bitty requests no to ban someone or to be bribed. I will do what is necessary and do what is right.

Why should we pick you over other people?: I have been staff on many server, one being something that popped over 200+ people, I was head-admin on a server, and I do know how to deal with a situation like spamming, or people being rude to others. I am a very nice person, and I love to help people other if they are having troubles on the server, I have been playing MC for about a year now. And helping people out is something I really like to do. Many of my friends are staff members on other servers, so I have learned from them what to do if something bad i happening, So if like someone was being disrespectful to someone else, I would warn them to stop. If they don't I give them one more chance, then its a mute, and then a temp ban. Then a ban if its very serious. I know that Owning and starting a server can be a challenge I would like to take off some of the burden from your shoulders by being helpful. Weather that'd be configuring plugins/permissions, building, organizing the server or ideas!

I am a hard worker, who doesn't rest until the job is done and done correctly and accurately. I work very well in a group and I am very honest. I love working on minecraft servers wheater that would be building or setting up plugins.

When ever I have a job or task to complete I always ensure that the quality of the work is at it's best, I believe in going above and beyond and going that extra mile to make people happy. Well obviously I want to minimize the amount of rule breaking and create an enjoyable experience for the whole player base.

But more to the point I would like to become staff to help and encourage new players, provide them any assistance they may need, and generally aid any player in any way they require in a polite, respectful and accelerated manner. Finally I would like to help relieve some of the stress of the other staff members by being active and helping consistently. I could bring my commitment, I would try my very hardest to provide players with informative and helpful answers to all their queries, I would do this frequently to make sure all players have an enjoyable experience. Also because of my previous experience I have a great understanding of appropriate sanctions and the best means to deter rule breakers, by simply making fair unbiased decisions.

Also I have high amounts of time and patience, which I think would be essential when helping players come to grips with rules and any problems that have.

3-8 hours a day is how long I could be on, the amount of time I would invest in your server would be based on what activities I have going on in the day. If for some reason I would need to be absent for a day for personal reasons I would be sure to let you know.

Servers NovusCraft, CampCobble, Wrecked Crusade (Quit Rude Owner), those have been shut down due to lack of funding. So all the time I invest in minecraft will be spent on your server. I did get the opportunity to be the Owner of my own server, so I have experience with configuring plugins ect.
