Idk my timezone for sure but Ik I live in virginia and am probably about 2 hours ahead of SgtBacon.

I'd put a stop to the bullying. And if it were a first offense, they'd have a warning and all mods would be alerted to watch for that user again. Then if it didn't stop, it'd be a mute. If it still continued through the players actions, I'd call together my fellow Admins to decide their fate, because we are supposed to be a team, right?
I am a fun and friendly person, willing to play my part. I can be defensive and protective of others and I tend to help sort out situations often. I can always try my best to get the job done to the best of my ability. I am huge on gaming, including the Uncharted series, COD, TF2, and many more. I know quite a bit about minecrafy and know most recipes.
I am a social person online. I have some building skills if the time comes, and I am horrible at PVP. If the server is 1.10+ I may have issues with lag. I play on my laptop and am used to being calledone on to take on jobs. I'm not very intelligent when it comes to coding, and I don't understand plug-ins as well, but I'm willing to learn.

Have you been staff before?: Yes, I used to run a server and develop plugins, I have worked on many servers such as Arkham network and stuff, I have been an Admin for roughly 6 months over servers, due to my chilled and relax vibe and how I handle situations clearly. However I dont develop plugins anymore.
Do you have any experience with plugins (if so wich ones and how good): I am very common with most plugins and able to work with any as I will put some research into the plugin. I will also set up the server is nessassary.
How would you react to player that break the rules?:
The way I would rank things are from how serious they are. And depending on that would be the punishment. For example
Grade 1 rule breaking (spamming/minor rule breaking):
- First time would be an verbal warning.
- Second time would be a 5 minute mute/ban (Depending if it's chat related or like base camping or something)
-Third time a 30 min ban
- Fourth time would be another verbal warning and then after the ban gets larger.
Grade 2 Rule breaking (Toxic chat / Making the game unpleasent to play):
- First time verbal warning with 10 minute mute.
- Second time a 15 min ban.
- Third time a hour ban and so on..
Grade 3 Rule breaking (Hacks / Advertisement)
- Perm Ban if it was on purpose (advertisement), but if they was meant to send it in a message to their friend I would give them a very suttle warning not to do it again or it would result in perm ban.
Grade 1 would consist of - Spamming, base camping, general breaking small rules
Grade 2 would consist of - Toxic Chat, Making the game unpleasant and semi important rules.
Grade 3 would consist of - Hacking, Exploit of a glitch or Advertisement or any serious manors such as Racism, Homophobic behavior or cyber-bullying.
NOTE: If I got something like Admin or Head (insert staff position) then another Grade 3 would be abusive staff however I would derank them and have proof, this would also be going to a Senior staff member such as an Owner or Admin, or Co-Owner. I would mute them to let them calm down if they seem aggressive as being demoted can cause stress. However this would only consist of 5 minutes so I can clearly PM that person of why they have been demoted and that any further action of aggressiveness or toxic chat etc would result in a longer mute or even a ban. After that I would contact a senior member of staff and explain the situation.
