Server Start up
I'm thinking of starting minecraft server, exactly the type, is up for debate. I'm looking for a few people to help out. I'm probably only going to accept 3-4 max. I'm going to be hosting a hamachi server for the building and permissions of the server. I have NEVER hosted a server, so I'm still considering the different external hosts. Follow this format:

I need people with knowledge, if all you have to offer is that you really really want to be a staff member then you aren't getting a reply. I need active players as staff, so I won't always have to be on myself. Also any information you want me to know on starting up a server would be great to hear.

EXPERIENCE: (Were/are you an admin, mod, etc) I have been Owner on 2 servers, Plugin Manager on 2 servers, Administrator on 2 servers and Moderator on 5 Servers.
PLUGIN KNOWLEDGE: (Groupmanager, WorldEdit, etc.) I have extensive knowledge of plugins, which include essentials, GroupManager, WorldEdit, WorldGuard, LogBlock, PermissionsEx and Factions. I can even take plugins that already exist and customize them to your liking.
SUGGESTIONS: ( Flatworld? Minigames? Pvp? Creative?) I believe I have a really good philosophy on what type of server to make. The suggestions you listed above, there are already servers like that, which no offense are far more successful. My belief is that Minecraft players are looking for an experience which is unheard of or unseen before. One that is unique and fun, but also easy to learn and enjoy. I have a few server ideas, which I have, but I will not share because this is a public forum. If my application is accepted I will share them via Skype.
EXTRA INFO: (Anything else you want to let me know): I am always active on Skype, that is the best way to contact me. I am able to play 3-8 hours a day depending on homework load. I am taking courses to learn Java so I can create plugins.
