Server stopped working

So I have a server that I started today to play with friends. I closed it for a little while and when I opened it back up, it wouldn't allow my friends to connect. It keeps giving them the error java.netConnectException: Connection timed out: no further information

I've already tried the port forwarding and everything. The IP is correct. I see nothing wrong with it. Can anyone help me find the solution?
