Server Team Wanted!

Hi, my name is Josh, or UniquePanda in Minecraft. I am the future owner of a server called Unique Network. I am looking for a team that I can work with to make this server possible, as I cannot do it on my own. The type of server I plan to create is a server with factions, creative, skyblock, and minigames. This server will be unique because I have a few ideas for brand new mini games, but I cannot do coding or create a plugin of any kind.

It is necessary that all applicants are the age of 16+ and are active and mature.
I will be looking for the following types of members:

Plugin Developers:
Description: Should be able to code and create a plugin to my needs if not too difficult.
Amount needed: 2

Builders:
Description: Able to build many types of building with high amounts of detail. Must have exprience.
Amount needed: 2-3

Advertiser:
Description: To advertise constantly and get the word out about the server. Also being able to create a professional banner to catch the eyes of players.
