Oh boy.....that's an IPv6 and not an IPv4. This is over my head, hopefully more replies come. IPv6 is the replacement of the IPv4 standard. I could only give guesses on how to properly set a Minecraft server up with an IPv6.

Edit: Or at least I think that's an IPv6.

Google "what is my IP address" and Google will tell you the external IP which is what you need.
