Why should I pick you: I love the minecraft community, even though it is harsh at times and I am harsh at it sometimes, but I still enjoy helping it. I like building creations for the good of the community and for my own enjoyment. I don't rage, if I were to leave, I would say my goodbyes and demote myself, not blow the server up first, and I see myself as a good member of your team.

Have you ever griefed? Was it for fun?: Yes I have once. My friend and I were arguing over something and he made me mad, So I Blew up his house.
Other information: I have been staff on a few of my friends server and I had a admin position on CreeperCraft, a 30 slot public server hosted by CreeperHost in the UK. It was successful and had alot of players per day, but I didn't like the way the owners were treating the problems (letting the the staff members do all the work and then having them take all the credit) and I didn't like the fact that the chose the worst staff members possible, almost of all of them corrupt. I was also a Mod on RaidCraft, a small 15 slot which usually had 9 users on avg. and 1-2 staff on at one time. It was a fun community but was shut down do to lake of time and lack of good staff (most of them were leaving because they wanted to become staff on a bigger server and they couldn't picture the server growing)

Why should I pick you:Many people have different reasons to apply for staff. Mine will sound a little cheesy but its true. I purely enjoy helping people. It gives me a sense of gratitude when I show someone how to do things the right way or help someone with their issues. I am a good problem solver and I have an analytical brain. These traits make my job easy and fun. I know that staff isn’t meant to be a fun job, but keeping a cheerful attitude on job and being friendly to players makes more people want to come back to the server. I have two modes when being staff; one cheery light mood when I joke around and talk with players and a serious mood when dealing with issues. Why should I pick you: I believe I can help push the server in a forward direction as a staff that knows how to do there job but also knows that the best way to have an enjoyable community is to be an equal with the players, not at a position looking down on others.
Are you friendly to others or mean?: Interesting subjective question. I am most definitely friendly and if I feel I am in a "mean" state of mind I won't join the server as that would cause negative repercussions.

Server in building stages but we still need staff

Proceed to revoke the abusers powers and then (depending on the severity of abuse) Ban/Temp-Ban the player. Then contact the owner and report to him/her what has happened, if it was a staff member i would get screens shots and send it directly to you and ill tell the staff member what they are doing is wrong and they should be way more respectful to the server and the owner.
If someone accused someone of hacking/cheating. How would you proceed? I would ask the player to send me any proof or evidence on the forums, including as much information as possible. I would ask the player to not talk about the incident with any other players, and to give me a rundown on what has occurred. I would then Investigate the accused player immediately. Any immediate suspicions will be dealt with the appropriate warnings/bans. I would then continue my investigation and come to a conclusion, taking the appropriate action. I believe every player should be innocent until proven guilty, but that every acquisition should be taken seriously with prompt action.
If someone is discriminating someone. How would you proceed? I would ask the player to kindly stop and reassure them that, that sort of behavior is unacceptable. I would then issue official warning or bans etc if I have to, or if the player continues, after being asked to stop.
This is what ill do with younger people's problem: The best way to solve problems with younger people is to first identify the problem and what they are fighting about. After that the best thing to do is have them calm down and then calmly solve the problem with them.
