Server underdevelopment needs staff dev's etc

A brand new server has just been opened privately for development and preparing before it goes public. I have plenty of ideas for the server and how to grow it but doing it all by yourself is tough. If you wish to apply for one of the following positions:
Builder (must be able to build large scale projects without getting bored and leaving and must have proof of your abilities either a screen shot or a quick build for us there and then.)
Developer (must have the bare minimum skills on how to use group manager and world edit, will be also trained for moment when the server may be under a threat from a hack attack or something major and the Owner [ba1206] or Co-Owner [iHenzaaa] is not online.)
Moderator (will be trained and promoted when we feel you are ready must be able to give a accurate interpretation of certain scenarios before and after training, must be of a mature age age is a number but being a idiot and saying "im onwny fwive" is not a excuse to piss about.)
If you wish to apply for a position leave below the answers to the following questions:

When you fill out this form we will either add you on Skype (mrba1206) and interview you by voice, If you do not have a account to provide these details with either make one or add me on skype and change the contact message to "Hello my name is [your name] I wish to apply for staff" then i know your not some random guy who somehow knows my Skype.

Tutorial for making a SKYPE account: Head to http://www.skype.com/. Click "join us" in the top right of the page. fill the information then "I agree-Contiue" Then keep going untill it says download, download it (its not a virus) then open and add mrba1206
