My server won't work

hey um when i first created my regular minecraft server it worked fine then i started using hamachi then i created a bukkit server then a tekkit server then a mod server but my regular minecraft server will no longer work for some reason even with hamachi and it stopped working at 1.3 even 1.4 it won't work HELP.
