Servercon 2014 - Staff Needed
Servercon 2014 is a week long event with activities, special guests, booths, and a large city to explore. 75% of all rank donations will go to charity. But we can't do it all by ourselves. This is why we recruit staff to help us build, maintain, and moderate the server. For more info about Servercon, you can check out the Servercon website. We are planning to hold Servercon in July 2014. Note that we are looking for positions before hand to help with the set up, which can take over 6 months.

Security - Like moderators, help patrol the server
Concierge - Guide and Assist Players, VIP's, or Special Guests (As you rank up you help the next group of people)

ive only been staff on 1 server thats becouse i staid till the end the server stoped since it became very laggy on the host pc it was about 20 30 40 ppl on a day
i can handle most problems fine but on staff i dont give many warnings if they dont listen i punish them
iam used to a survival server thats against grief om my last server i had about 500 posts on the forum 90% of that being bans for griefers
im experienced with plugins as worldedit groupmanager coreprotect logblock and i can learn other plugins quick

Why did you chose this position to apply for*: I can spot the little things people do that tell they're using a mod or hack. I really dislike hackers and mod users, because it interferes with the simplicity and equality of minecraft. I also think i can put my expierience to good use and benefit the event.
