ShadowCraft *Need Head Admin*

Head Admin:
This is another very important role. Once we get the server up, it will be the Head Admins job to make sure that everything runs smoothly. The Head Admin will have to make sure that all of staff gets along. They will also have to make sure that everyone keeps working. But once the server actually goes public, they will make sure all the activities run smoothly.
Requirements:
Must have good people skills.
Must be very friendly.
Must be able to be on almost every day.
Must be very dedicated.
Must be able to sort arguments well.
Must be able to become forceful if necessary

Why do you want to be an admin: I really want to help out on a good server, I want a server with a good community and just a really great server overall, a server that I can enjoy as an admin but, still be able to do my job, this sounds like that kind of server, simply the way you write makes you seem like a good person.
What could you bring to the team: I am Cunning, Honest, Hardworking, Helpful, I help others, joke around, serious when appropriate, and i know how to deal with confusing situations with ease. I try not to tense of when something annoying happens, I keep my cool for the better of the community. I can bring Building, Leadership, Maturity, Dedication, and Jokes.These are simply a selected few of my best attributes.
Do you have any knowledge of plugins or have any experience as an admin: Yes, I was a server owner myself. I would code my own plugins and what not, I spent hours doing it. Not only that but, I worked for my mother's company for some time and I helped them do the coding for their website. It was intense coding and my mother taught me a lot about coding, minecraft coding seems to be a bit more at ease so I think I will be able to adjust to it,
Do you understand that you can be removed from the admin team at any time: I completely understand, I try to not be naive at times. If I did something to deserve demotion, I completely understand, but I'm not that kind of person so unless you have some particular reason, I don't plan on being removed as an admin.
Any other information you think we should know about you: I work best with any pre-made plugins. I also have plenty experience as an Admin, and an Owner. I put time in effort into things I do, I try to never give up, if you give up, you cannot achieve anything, I work towards my goal until it is complete.
