Sharing server

Hello. I have a plan to make a server but i need help. I want to share a server with someone. If someone can make a server that person and me can be the owner or i can be the co-owner. The reason i want to do this is because i have perfect plans on a faction server. Please if someone can make a server they and me will be owners and we can work together to make a big server. I also want a few plugins if possible.
