Should my server die?
My server has been around since lock down and it's only been 3/4 months till on the website and for 3 weeks we had no players and everyone in are discord started leaving and some stay because they still have hope. we need some help to decide what's best for the server, should it die? or should it live?
Should it die: if this gets more votes then, it will be a miracle if anyone joins the server.
Should it live: if this gets more votes then, we will keep hoping for more players to join and we will try to be active as more as possible

I say never give up on your dreams if you enjoy developing the server and playing on it alone. I started my server 2 years ago and we had a good player base going. I just rebooted it a few days ago and we are slowly but surely growing the player base once again!
lucky for you. Me and my server admin don't reboot because him and I don't wanna start all over again neither does the community that's been on my server age's ago

We are still under the same name and everything. I had all the files from when i ran the server before, so i just started it back up with some friends and we are currently trying to build the playerbase again.
lucky.. but hardly anyone on my discord players Minecraft anymore. And it be pointless to join another server if I got my own
Plus if I might add: If like 20 people join and I don't notice then I loose a lot of history aka new people joining

If you dont want to keep running your server, i suggest finding a community that you enjoiy and helping them build that. lots of smaller communities could use people as dedicated as yourself.

What is the server?
It's a strict survival server but A lot of players think it's boring and what you expect? all single player worlds are boring and your on something just like it but multiplayer
some players I come across Minecraft that love strict survival or just normal survival
and I can tell before making this server it was stressful for other people to find a strict vanilla survival server and it's why I made the server
