Should i switch my server?

So ive been running a faction PvP server for about 2 months. The most players its ever had is like 13 at once. Its not very good. I was thinking about running a hunger games server as i have 2 vps's both are the same. So i would have 2 servers running for it. But idk if i should switch or not.
