Simplicity - Canary [1.1] [CANARY] [FUN FUN FUN]

Simplicity is back, and now it's on Canary due to me wanting some sort of permissions system and not using the OP system.

Here are a few notes to keep in mind.
-We are not a crack server.
-We are for 1.1
-We love building
-Server will need to restart when I get at least 3-4 guests on to add them to a higher rank (unless i can do that using commands, which i think i can't)
