SkyBlock Server needs a Dev [Must have MYSQL knowledge]

I'll be blunt.

We're a new Skyblock server that is going to change the concept of a skyblock server. Rather than a large server having a skyblock world, this will be a skyblock server with many variations of it, ranging from pvp to rpg to survival skyblock worlds.

Well that's why I'm here....

I'm not a child, I'm 21 with 3+ years of server administration experience (large scale, not a dinky dory server) and am looking for professionals who wish to help me with this task. I can set up servers/plugins/permissions/etc with ease by myself, what I can not do is MySQL and typical plugin development (from just updating to creating a new one entirely)

I do not care the age, I care for skill and dedication! This does not mean you have to be the best developer out there, I'm just looking for those who have taken the time to practice their skills and are always improving.
