To become a moderator, you must be...
Honest. Simply put, don't lie. It's easy for us to tell
Mature. We don't base anything off of physical age, it all has to do with how mature
you act. If you act like a mature, intelligent human being, then you've got a pretty

Helpful. We're always looking out for players who help out everyone else, whether they be new to the server, new to minecraft, or even a veteran.

What would you do if you caught a player griefing?: Well, assuming this server is anti-grief, I would tell them what they did, that it was against the rules, and depending on how bad the grief was, determine a punishment to behold upon the player.
How would you react to a verbal disagreement between players?: I would, and I always have, try to help them solve their problem. If that doesn't work, I will ask them politely to stop their argument and let it be, and if they do not stop after I have asked them at least twice, I will start kicking.
What is an appropriate response to a player asking that you spawn them items?: Well, in my mind, I don't know about yours, an appropriate answer would be "No"

If they were pulling out the F bomb repeatedly, I would probably either ban them or temp ban them, depending on how many times the F bomb was used, and how many times they said something to insult me. The temp ban would probably last a few days to a week. If they came back on to do it again, it would be a permanent ban. If it was a more minor insult like "You are an idiot" or "You are a jerk" it would probably be a kick if they don't stop when I ask them to, and then a temp ban for a day or two if they keep doing it. In my world at least, that's what I would do. I don't know if this would live up to your expectations.

I probably understand if, say, the person who was "trolled" said it was totally fine, and that she/he knew the person in real life and they were friends or something, that has actually been me and my friend. But if the person wasn't OK with it in any way, the "troller" would be punished, depending on how bad the "troll" was.

I went on a server to build a castle for this person, along with a helper. We stayed up until probably 3AM building this castle, then went to bed. In the morning, I come back on to find a message saying: "Thank you for the castle, we appreciate your hard work, but your services aren't needed anymore. See ya, sucker!" So yea, it was a sad day, but I've gotten well over it.

I think I would help the server by bringing up fresh ideas what attracts people and keeps the community happy. And I posses many importnant contacts who can easily make your server known and full of players. And I have reasonable amount of skill in building to improve your spawn.
Why you think we should choose you as a staff member:
I think you should choose me because my expertise is solving issues and conflicts in a as neutral and diplomatic way as possible. And the time to participate on long term projects and to monitor players as well. I am experienced, ran over 2 succesfull servers and have been mod-admin and even Co_owner on many others.

Depends on the rules, if its not allowed to grief I will warn him if its small ( Like a door or sign removed ). If it is big ( Like a whole castle or house ) I will tempban him for 4 days. If he comes back it will be his last change. If he is stupid enough to grief again, I will ban him. And certainly repair all the damage made. ( If griefing isn't allowed though )

I will first request both sides to calm down, and let them tell both their story. Then I try to find a path what makes both sides happy, if not. I will take time, and look at the problem from every perspective as possible, and get people to say their opinion. When I am 100% sure one of the sides is right. I talk to the side who is wrong, and explain to him everything. Further it depends on how big the disagreement is, if it burns down the whole server. Mute the player insulting, and tell him that its not allowed. And he has one last chance or he would be perm muted. If he continues, he gets muted forever. Or banned, but that depends on how big the insult is.

As long as his/her actions are allowed by the rules, I just ask the troll to stop. And warn all players. If he goes one step too far, he get his punishment.

What you think you can do to help the server as a staff member:
I think I would help the server by bringing up fresh ideas what attracts people and keeps the community happy. And I posses many importnant contacts who can easily make your server known and full of players. And I have reasonable amount of skill in building to improve your spawn.
Why you think we should choose you as a staff member:
I think you should choose me because my expertise is solving issues and conflicts in a as neutral and diplomatic way as possible. And the time to participate on long term projects and to monitor players as well. I am experienced, ran over 2 succesfull servers and have been mod-admin and even Co_owner on many others.

Depends on the rules, if its not allowed to grief I will warn him if its small ( Like a door or sign removed ). If it is big ( Like a whole castle or house ) I will tempban him for 4 days. If he comes back it will be his last change. If he is stupid enough to grief again, I will ban him. And certainly repair all the damage made. ( If griefing isn't allowed though )

I will first request both sides to calm down, and let them tell both their story. Then I try to find a path what makes both sides happy, if not. I will take time, and look at the problem from every perspective as possible, and get people to say their opinion. When I am 100% sure one of the sides is right. I talk to the side who is wrong, and explain to him everything. Further it depends on how big the disagreement is, if it burns down the whole server. I always warn advertisers and spammers before they get kicked. Although, if I see a hacker and have proof (Screenshot, video, ect.), I will instantly ban them. I have no patience with hackers but try to be fair with everyone else.
Why you think we should choose you as a staff memberI am amazing with almost any plugin you can throw at me to use and I am a very fast learner. I have used plugins like Essentials, Pex, World Edit, World Guard, AutoAnnouncer, and many more.I have also helped many developing servers with their plugins and setting up their donation system. I love helping others more than myself and I spend most of my time on the computer working on other people's servers. I have plenty of time dedicated to helping these servers and I always can get the job done for them, no matter how hard it is, I always stick with it until the end.I am pretty good at advertising look good. I know how to make people want to donate to servers. I have helped about 5 different servers grow and turn into huge successful servers. One server that I set up for an owner is now doing amazing and is a server hub. I am very fast at setting up server and can get the job done dispite my young age. The Green Bar (depending on texture pack) in your server list is ping. Ping also makes sure your server is responsive.
