Some feeback for my server ?

hey guys i recently registered a new server on pmc it took me many hours to make a nice banner, install nice plugins, configure all config files, build a awesome city and spawn but nobody is joining maybe you want to check it out and give me some feedback what i could do better that would help me out a lot
