I can do it for free, I'm a decent builder and you can just look at my build and see if it's reasonable for your server.

I would be able to send my build team down there, but I have sent them all on vacation. We just got done with a server that payed $3000. So adding with what our paypal is, I have sent them all payed expense trip, with an extra $2000 spending money. I am deeply sorry, for I did want to help you. I am the Owner of the team, and I would've started tonight if possible. I am only posting this to alert you, that I would have them build later (after the vacation) if you would like.
