Spawn needed (Paying $10-$15)

Hello. My name is Aiden. Owner of Chaotic Craft. The server has not yet been publicly released yet as we are waiting for a spawn to be built. I have contacted a few builders and they just seem to be a waste of time to be completely honest. All i am looking for is a small faction spawn with a shop that contains enough room for 30-40 shop signs, a rules and notice board and some nice scenery, nothing over the top. I want the spawn to have a open, natural feel and not be closed into a building or castle of any sort. Their should be only one spawn point and it should be at the back of the spawn not in the middle. I want their to be a path leading from the spawn point all throughout the rest of the spawn so thats why the spawn point should not be in the middle of the spawn its self!
