Spigot 1.9 Dev needed

Hello my name is coolguy2435. I am owner of InfamousCraft (infamouscraft.mcph.co)

Currently on the server we have all permissions set up and some basic commands like combat tag, worldedit, autorank, factions, ect....Basically a fully functional factions server with economy.

Right now I am in need of a 1.9 Spigot plugin developer. Since it is not urgent, I am offering (If you are accepted) the Dev Rank on my server and/or $1-$20 per plugin depending on complexity.

The format for when you apply will be:
1. In game name
2. Age
3. Area where you are living (Helps me find the time for you)
4. How long you have been playing minecraft
5. Do you have skype/Teamspeak
6. Have you ever developed a plugin before. (If so, you will need proof)
7. How long you are able to work (On a plugin) per day
8. Do you expect pay (If so, range of pay)
9. Anything else that might help me decide if you are a good Dev for the server.
