Experiences: I have taken a web design class my Sophomore year, I'm currently a Senior. I've coded many websites with HTML and Dreamweaver. I helped Co-own my server with payments and making the Enjin website. It's a short resume because I've been in football sense Freshmen year, I haven't had much time to do computer things, but now that my season is over, and I don't have football anymore, just school, I can focus on Minecraft a little more. I am also certified in Adobe Photoshop CS5, like I have a certificate for it haha.
What server were you staff on? I was staff on my own, and I also modded for multiple servers, I was rarely an Admin, unless I knew the owner really well.
What can you do to help this server? I can help with multiple things for this server, I can help defuse conflicts, I can bring in joy, and happiness. I'm a talkative player.
What do you do best for websites? The best things I've done for websites was code them, I've done Enjin a few times.
Everything noticeable about you: The most noticeable things about me, is my talkative characteristic, I just don't shut up. Another thing is I'm always happy, I rarely get angry at anyone, and I do my best to keep my thoughts to myself.

What can you do to help this server? For one, I am an excellent builder. Building things that benefits the server. Huge projects are my specialty. I can watch that players do not break the rules. I can make it an enjoyable experience for all who join the server.
If you were admin and you had ban,kick, and jailing commands, would you abuse it? No, since abusing these will result in mis-trust from fellow staff members and players. I would only use these on players who absolutely deserve it.
What do you do best as an admin? Make the server enjoyable for all who play in it.

Experiences: I have been moderators on several servers in the past, but never admin. I fulfilled their requirements by being a excellent player, and therefore I was given a rank. I wish to do the same here.

What can you do to help this server? I would help in keeping the server healthy and help out the newbies so they can enjoy the best of what the server offers. I also enjoy building and am always testing out anything with redstone thanks to a friend Biospark who is probably the craziest redstone master. Any other expected actions of admin required will be do so.

Negative. The rank of a admin is not given, it is earned and it should be an honor to have it. I always see myself as just a regular player. Being an Admin does not mean you are of a higher class and have this uncontrollable power of a tyrant. As a moderator, I strongly believe in the WKB system, which is an acronym for Warn Kick and Ban. It's also the most effective way in my opinion to keep a server stable. Should the player be caught in the acts of hacking, I would firstly warn them in a appropriate yet demanding manner. Screenshots, video, or any other methods of capturing the game will be used for evidence of misbehavior. Normally, some players will stop here, therefore saving him from a ban. Then comes kick. If the player has been warned 2 or more times and yet has followed orders, I will kick the player from the server. The kick serves as intimidation, and if not stopped by a warn, they will be stopped here 75% of the time. Finally, the last step is Ban. I really tend to avoid this, but if the player seems to test my limits, then I will put a limit to him. I would temporarily ban him if allowed, and evidence and the story will be submitted to owner or someone of a similar rank, so they can have a final decision in the consequences of the player. I never perm ban, as I feel the need the case should be discussed with other admins or owners to reach a final decision.
What do you do best as an admin? I personally strongly believe I am best in monitoring the server and helping the newbies out
