Staff Application

I know this came out of nowhere, but is there any Minecraft servers that needs and kind of staff? I have had experience as an Op but the servers arent up that much anymore. But anyways I am looking for 1! I tried making a minecraft server but i don't get it. I will make my application here: I am about 12 years old (I'm almost 12, anyways) , I have wanted to be staff because I show my love for both players and owners worldwide! I actually get along with owners really well! I am active, I am active almost 24/7! I love players, doing my job, And especially.......... BUILDING! Omg i love building. I have had minecraft for a year and the whole time I had it, I have been building and exploring and got to know people! If you need more info about me ask me on skype.
