Previous experience: yes ive been mod on 14 servers with admin on 3 ive also owned my own server
How often can be be online per day: 5 hours possibly more depending on the day.
How dedicated would you be for the server to progress:as much dedication as it takes.
How long have you played minecraft: 3 years
Are you good with plugins?: yes but im not the best
Why should I choose you over other people(What makes you better?): well im going to be completely honest here. im probably not going to be the best here out of all the applications sent in but i think what makes me stand out is that i am very social in minecraft even that sounds stupid but i love to talk to people so i could solve conflicts beside players and staff members. I can build great structures as sent to. also i can do anythihg the server needs help on.
Will you be active on the fourms?:
How would you handle the following(Spammer, Abusive member): i would temp ban them for an hour maybe less or more depending on the situation and when they come back on i would have a brief conversation with the player of why he/she did cause the trouble and i would let them keep playing but if they did it again they would get a permanent ban.
Some one messages you saying that *NAME* hacks, what do you do? i would keep an eye on *name* but then again it could be a false alarm but i would go into /vanish and see what they would be doing.
