Currently we are a private network that is in OPEN BETA, we are currently recruiting, Builders, Plugin Developers, Web Developers, Recruiters, GRAPHIC ARTISTS, helpers, Mods. There is a list of requirements and an application below. We are looking for hard working individuals that are interested in creating the best Minecraft experience possible.
Build Team Description:
You will be expected to work in a team environment to collectively work on building projects that will be designated by me and or a supervisor.
Development Team Description:
You will work individually or with team members to create custom plugins or as a WEB DEVELOPER a custom layout. You may or may not receive pay depending on the quality of work and efficiency of your work as well.
Recruitment Team Description:
You will be expected to make ACTIVE forums post on websites much like this in hopes to recruit quality staff members for our network team. You are also expected to bring traffic to the network itself via YouTube or any means of communication.
GRAPHIC ARTIST Team Description:
You will be expected to help create custom artwork for our website which is currently in development.
Helper Team Description:
You will be expected to COMPLETE general needed tasks for other staff members and will basically have the position of a junior moderator.
In-Game Moderator Team Description:
You will be expected to spend a large amount of time in-game communicating with users and troubleshooting problems that they have.

Helper Team Application

Why we should pick you: Since I'm online alot I can spot hackers/adverisers or people performing other rule-breaking actions. I'm also very experienced since I've over 3 years of online experience and moderating servers. As I stated above, I have previous experiences being a Minecraft server mod and admin. I know many people and I can support the server and community, helping it to be a better place for the players. I always put the players and server before myself. I am available most of the day and I am ready to come to assist those who require it at all times. I know most of the basic commands that mods and admins are able to use. I also believe I’m a very truthful, kind and friendly player so I can really help people rather than just ignoring them, which quite a lot of the helpers, mods and admins do (Not on this server). I also think that I am a kind helpful person and lets say for example if any newcomers come on the server I will guide them through the basics and help them out if they need it, telling them what kits are, explaining to them what to do, what the website adress is etc... I also try to be on the server as much as possible as I love it and therefore if I get the helper or mod position I will be able to spot hackers and if necessary tempban or ban them. If I come across a hacker or a cheater and know for sure they are hacking then I will /kick with reason or /ban them depending on how bad the hacks are and if they continue using hacks such as using nodus and make me unable to take control of the situation I will contact higher staff members so that you could take care of the situation . I also would be a good staff member because I would try my best to ban hackers and report people. I think that I would be a good staff member because I play quite a lot on the server, and since I live in Sweden when I'm online most admins/mods are offline because American(Just as a example) time is 6 hours different to Swedish timezone (UTC/GMT +2 hours) so I can ban hackers when no other admins/mods are able to. In order to keep a competitive edge over the opposition, I am also fluent 2 international languages aside from English, including German and Swedish (Ofc), as well as being moderately confident in danish and norweigan; all of which I can use to attract and communicate with international players that are not confident with the English
What experience have you had: My past helper, mod and admin experience are good since i´ve been moderating on a couple of servers and I know I would fit as a helper/moderator since im friendly and as stated above im ready to support and assist the server at any time. As a avid player, I can bring to the table many moderator/admin related skills such as leadership, persuasion, communication that will allow me to perform this job almost flawlessly. In addition to such skills aforementioned, I am also a great builder and survivalist within the game, applying in-game knowledge on player behaviour, hacks, tricks that can only be fostered with several years of experience.

What experience have you had? Recently I have been helping a popular server 0tx.org with medieval type builds for their spawn. I have also done out of space builds with Galaxy Gaming. I have played since early beta and I have build cities, spaceships, castles and mass bridges.
