Developers:
The developer’s job is to custom code certain things for the events. To be a dev, you need to know how to custom code different types of bukkit plugins and have Java experience. If you can only code certain types of plugins, you CAN learn how to make different types, as long as you get the plugin done. You need to be 15 years or older and have made at least one plugin before that you can show me. You CAN get rank and if your jobs is so great paid for each plugin you develop, depending on whether you want to get the reward and how well it is developed.

Mods:
The mod’s job is to help new players, make sure everyone follows the rules, and keep nasty hackers away. You need to be 14 years old or higher and need to have knowledge of ALL Essentials and Ore logger commands. YOU WILL BE TESTED ON THIS. You need to be a responsible, mature player at needed times, but can also slack off and have fun when there’s nothing to be done. You also need to have experience of being mod before.
