I just launched my World Of Mianite server and I need staff to keep it going while I'm not around! If interested in joining and helping develope the World Of Mianite please review each position below and reply with your application.
Positions:
- Wizards: Build and creates buildings/other projects set by Engineers.
- Moderator: General Managment
- Administrator: Reviews and manages server plugins/core features, along with managing other aspects of in-game server play such as assigning massive projects to engineers.
-Developer: manages plugins and fixes bugs and issues with plugins- spigot

- About yourself:Go to Granada Hills Charter High School in California, play on the basketball team, and currently taking 4 AP classes one of which is AP Computer Science.

- Why should you be (Builder/Engineer/Mod/Admin): I havent played minecraft in a couple months due to it being my Junior year... which counts the most for colleges, BUT i do have tons of experience staffing and owning servers. I've owned one server which lasted from January to July of 2014. this server had 50 to 100 people on at all times and we got players from all over the world. i realized that i wouldnt be able to run as big of a caliber of a server heading into Junior year so i sold my server to my group of Admins. Besides owning a server, I've been Head-Admin and Admin on 4-6 servers, 3 of which were extremely big ranging from 100-1000 players. So from my experience i believe that i have the qualifications of making your server exceed. One of the biggest factors i bring is the ability to advertise your server immensely (whether through youtube or other web based services). Another factor that i bring to the Development side is i am able to work the plugins and functions of the server to the benefits of us, through my vast knowledge of trial and errors, i believe i can bring out a polished version of the server to the public.
- Anything we should know about you? (Something that will make you stick out from other applications): Because I am going to major in Computers and Coding, i am able to bring a better understanding of how plugins, java, and bukkit really work.

- About yourself: Freshman in college, majoring in Information Technology with a double minor in computer science and business. Not much to me currently with college being my main thing, i play quite a bit of PC games, looking to find a good minecraft server to help grow that I also enjoy playing on

- Why should you be (Admin)? Ive now been playing minecraft for 4 years, going on 5, I have massive amount of history with managing pluggins of all sorts such as factions, world edit, pex, group manager, world guard, and so on and so forth. I was a head admin on a server for a while with a steady player base before it shut down due to lack of donations. I am Honest, good with people and generally am able to do any task i need to do well.
- Anything we should know about you? Not only can i perform normal tasks of being an admin, other than writing actual plugins i can do deeper tasks a Dev would do as well, Im able to manage any amount of plugins and permissions files to keep them efficient and doing their job, able to sort out almost any bug that occurs between plugins. Im also able to find issues that can arise before they are an issue so that we can stop it from causing trouble. Such as the spawn on your server needs to be flagged for no Pvp because currently you can hurt other players there. Then I am also a great builder and can do amazing building projects as well.

- About yourself : I'm currently 17 right now 18 this year! Basically I'm a huge football(soccer) fan of a club called Chelsea FC.I support them through whatever the club goes through so i'm a kind of a die hard fan.That being said,I'm a sporty person as well,I play soccer at least once a week with my friends so that I stay healthy as well.But that doesn't mean I don't play games as well,I play minecraft daily since it's my main game for me, that being said,I'll be active/contribute to the server like just how I support my dearly football club

- Why should you be (Builder/Engineer/Mod/Admin)? I'm looking at a Moderator position because I feel that I am the person that is suitable to be a moderator.As a moderator,I like to help people with their questions and they don't go unanswered and I will try my best at the tip of my knowledge to solve things needed make this server grow and be part of this wonderful community.Before this truthfully,I was an admin in a cracked server because I didnt felt the need to purchase a premium account at that moment.I was an admin for a 3 months before the owner decided to stop hosting the server because of her schedules conflict and that the server was clsoing down.I am also an admin at 2 servers called Blocks N Kingdoms and Hyperium.I was a moderator on 4 different servers (MCBud,TrintonCraft,RexNetwork,LeGamingGods)From then on, I decided to find a good and supporting server to try and mix and know the players.I try my utmost best to help everyone in a calm and polite manner.This way,people will tend to like the server and people might make this server as to their liking.
So the experience from the 5 or 6 servers makes me suitable for a position on your server and I hope that you would give me the chance to do so.

(Something that will make you stick out from other applications)I'm a loyal and calm person.I try my best to fufill my duties as a Moderator and give my best at everything I do.Hardwork and dedication towards the server is probably 2 important qualities.You wouldn't want a person to leave after 3-4 days would you?I will follow rules if needed and help the newcomers when they come on this server.
- Availablility (how often can you be on)Basically, I can commit roughly 4-5 hours of daily attendance.I can extend the duration if needed.

About yourself: i am 13 years old and I love Minecraft! I am in my schools student council so I can work with others, I am in the Boy Scouts Of America so I am loyal, trustworthy and helpful! I am always prepared to fix any situation or help out the mods as needed! I am Christian so I will always have my god before any Minecraft so I will not be able to play from 9:30 to 12:00 EST on Sundays! I get good grades in school and I get all of my work in school done so i can play Minecraft! I am on the swim team and the cross country team at my school, I work and try hard and never give up!

Why should I be administrator: I should become administrator because I know how to help! I am experienced in this area! I can be a leader and take charge when you are not around! I can be the person that helps you do everything to make your server run smoothly! I can set up a website, I can configure plugins and see that they are correct! I can work out situations that the mods can not handle! I can see that the builders are doing good and assign them new projects to work on! I am willing to give up my time on Minecraft to you and your server!
