I am not stupid... I am 15, not 7. The last thing I need is some 10 year old trying to run my server. You, like the other applicants took no time to create an application. I am looking for people who are willing to work for a rank. Not create a half-ass application, because either wise they will do half-ass on their duties. I am not necessarily looking for staff who can contribute money to the server. Servers that are in it for the money usually close a few months later. I want to have a server that becomes sucessful. I am not looking for someone who is perfect. I am looking for someone who I believe I can trust. Becoming staff is a privilege, not a right.

That is just from servers that have MCBans. Most servers do not. How do I know you arn't going to miserably fail to grief my server.
