STAFF NEEDED

Hi my name Is Anthony and i rent a minecraft server and i sure do need a lot of help i am a newb. I dont know how to make spawn protected,how to make someone have a tag when they join,i dont know how to use pluggins,and i dont have a spawn built yet so all of you can help and next week or so i am making a youtube video and you can all be in it i only have like 16 subs but im workin on it.So just fill this out as a reply and ill see ya their.WE NEED A plugin manager more then anything.
